By selecting small lots of only the finest fruit from premiere Napa Valley vineyards, using specially selected barrels, and meticulously blending until we achieve perfection is the manner in which we create Bucephalus.
The 2021 Bucephalus was crafted using some of the best grapes found in the Napa Valley. The blend for this vintage is 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Malbec, 13% Syrah and 1% Petite Verdot. The Syrah brings a rich elixir quality to the wine. Together, these varietals create a powerful and well-structured wine. This wine has an intense depth and exhibits flavors of dark cherry, blackberry, and maple syrup.
